Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), OJ EU L 2016.119.1 (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), OEX S.A. provides the following information:

  1. Personal Data Protection

The controller of my personal data provided via the contact form on the website fulfilio.com is Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warsaw, Poland, e-mail: biuro@fulfilio.com.

The legal basis for the processing of my personal data by the Controller is my consent, as well as, in the case of potential claims, the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

My personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing a response by Fulfilio Sp. z o.o. to my inquiry/inquiries and, in the case of potential claims, for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending such claims.

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to respond to the submitted inquiry.

My personal data will be stored until consent is withdrawn and for the duration of the limitation period for any potential claims.

The data is not transferred to third parties, except for entities authorized to process such data under applicable law.

The Controller does not intend to transfer my data to third countries or international organizations, except for services provided by Google Analytics and Google AdWords.

I have the right to request access to my data from the Controller, as well as the right to rectify, transfer, and delete my data, and to restrict its processing.

I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by submitting a statement to: biuro@fulfilio.com and simultaneously to iodo@fulfilio.com. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.

In connection with the processing of my personal data by the Controller, I have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Based on my personal data, the Controller will not make automated decisions concerning me, including decisions resulting from profiling.

  1. Cookies Policy

The operator of the fulfilio.com website is Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., ul. Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warsaw, Poland.

The Service collects information about Users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through information voluntarily entered in forms,
  • Through storing cookies on Users’ end devices.

Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the User’s end device and are intended for use of the Service’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the duration of their storage on the end device, and a unique identifier. The entity placing cookies on the User’s end device and accessing them is the Service operator, Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Klimczaka 1, 02-797 Warsaw, Poland.

The Service operator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the website.

Cookies placed on the User’s device may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
